The Drama Series “Saladin” which has become famous in Pakistan, India, and the Arab World when it was announced. The Turkish Producer Emre Konuk has come to Pakistan to meet their Pakistani co-producers. He will take auditions for those people who want to work in Saladin Series. As you know, Ansari Shah Films “who co-produced this series” had announced that there will be open auditions for fans who want to work in this series. The last date was 8 October to register your name for auditions. And their website “ansariandshah.com ” had crashed after so many entries. The overseas Pakistanis also took part in entries. The auditions in Lahore have been completed on 20th October and the auditions for Karachi which were held from 22nd to 23rd October continue.
Emre Konuk Met Imran Khan
Emre konuk had a meeting with Prime Minister Imran Khan in Islamabad to discuss the Saladin series.
Prime Minister Imran Khan Said, “Innovative methods must be used to educate the younger generation on Islamic history”. He continued “Plays and films based on historical stories will have to be made instead of traditional themes. Salahuddin Ayubi is a character of the history of which the West also gives examples”.
Both exchanged their ideas about the cinema world. He also had a meeting with the Provincial governor of Punjab, Chaudri Muhammad Sarwar, in Lahore. He thanked Senator Faisal Javed Khan for not leaving him alone and thanked their hospitality.
New Talent
We will see who will get a chance to work in this series Because new talent will be preferred over Pakistani actors. And new talent will get international exposure and they will have a chance to become famous in the international world. If the first season of this series becomes successful then some part of the upcoming season will also shoot in Pakistan. The release of the Drama series “Alp Arslan Buyuk Selcuklu” has been late because Emre Konuk was engaged in Saladin Series. Now the date of “Alp Arslan Buyuk Selcuklu” has been announced and the first episode will be on air on 8th November.
