Batman is directed by Matt Reeves and stars Robert Pattinson as Batman, Zoe Kravitz as Selena Kyle, and Paul Dano as The Riddler. In this film, Bruce Wayne has been prowling the city streets of Gotham at night as Batman for 2 years. He is pretty new to the job and the police don’t really trust him yet, although Gordon played by Jeffrey Wright has developed a friendship with him. And When dead bodies begin to show up with cryptic clues left by a serial killer called Riddler, Batman and Gordon team up to solve the case.

All I wanted for so long was a detective batman. I’m glad we got one. I enjoyed the film, but the first 15 minutes really stand out. The criminals are checking the shadows, Gotham’s “Sin City” vibes, and the horror villain Riddler. I loved it. The cinematography was sensational. It is easily the best batman movie i have ever seen. The plot and almost all of the actors were amazing.

Favorite scene

One of my favorite scenes in the whole movie is Batman dead sprinting through the GCPD as every cop in the building chased after him. The man got an immediate 5-star wanted level. Also, I love the shot of him ziplining up in the center of the staircase reminded me of Batman Begins.

The Riddler killing the Mayor was the moment I knew this was going to be good. His movements, the sounds he was making, how clumsy and clearly excited he was,and then him pulling out the duct tape. Terrifying. I know at this point it's a very cliche thing to say or compare, but honestly, after seeing the film, I think it is the best batman movie. This film just got everything right from just a pure Batman standpoint, as well as a filmmaking standpoint in general. My favorite Batman movie before the batman was TDK. It's absolutely brilliant. But i think they never really nailed batman. In this movie, we got to see a detective, a fighter, emotion from a two-year-old batman. Bruce Wayne still doesn’t know what he should do with his life, he is lost. I mean he still didn’t even capture joe chill, the killer of his family. To me, this is what Batman should be like, especially a two-year-old one. The Batman is a masterpiece. It's an art, It's perfect. I'm giving it 5 out of 5.
