In recent weeks we’ve been seeing a lot of leaks for two OnePlus Mid-Rangers smartphones along with their TWS buds the company just announced a launch event on April 28 and Amazon India set up a landing page. The tagline is “You have more power”. and the time of launch date is mentioned that is 7:00 Pm.
The Phone is promising to have the latest Mediatek Soc Dimensity 8100 which is also rumored to be used in Realme Gt Neo 3. The Mediatek Soc is built on a 5nm architecture and comes with 4 Cores Cortex-A78 (4×2.85 GHz) & 4 Cores Cortex-A55 (4×2.0 GHz). The GPU of this phone will be Mali-G610 MC6.
As for the display is a concern the phone will have a 6.67″ 120 Hz AMOLED Display with a 120Hz refresh rate and also support 1 billion colors and support HDR 10+. The rumors confirmed that the phone will have Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on the front.
The rumors say that the phone will have a Tripple Camera Setup on the back with the primary 50MP IMX 766 Sensor and the secondary camera will be 8MP ultrawide and the third is a 2MP macro camera. The phone is likely to have a 16MP camera on the front.
The phone is likely to have LPDDR 4x or LPDDR5 Ram with the latest UFS3.1 storage. The phone will be equipped with a 5000 mah massive battery with 80-watt fast charging. There are rumors that one of the variant will also come with 150 Watt fast charging.
The major drawback of the phone is that the phone has only a plastic frame and it will not come with the alert slider which Oneplus has been using in its number series for a long time.
The phone is coming to India on April 28 along with Nord CE 2 Lite and Nord Buds.
