Bill Gates meets PM Imran Khan, His First-Ever Visit To Pakistan

Microsoft Founder and one of the world’s richest business tycoon Bill Gates lands in Pakistan for a one-day long visit.

It is marked his first-ever visit to the country, in his first visit he met prime minister Imran khan, to review the performance of NCOC and discuss polio, education, and the Ehasas program.

Gates appreciates the efforts made by Pakistan against polio and the successful COVID 19 campaign.

In January prime minister of Pakistan held a telephonic conversation with the Microsoft chairman bill gates, expressed appreciation of the work of the gates foundation working against poverty and diseases around the world and in Pakistan.

On this visit, he will be briefed the situation about the COVID-19 pandemic in Pakistan and what are progress Pakistan is making to prevent the virus.

Gates is also scheduled to visit the headquarters of NCOC and to meet the president of Pakistan Dr. Arif Alvi and other senior officials in a meeting.
