Wonder Woman is back and she’s better than ever. Warner Bros recently released the trailer for Wonder Woman 1984 which is a sequel of DC superhero Wonder woman.
In the 80s Diana in her gold armor is shown fighting bad guys in malls, the White House, and deserts. Steve played by Chris Pine seems to have returned from the dead and is alongside Diana. The villain is played by Barbara Minerva a.k.a Cheetah, courtesy of Patty Jenkins.
Patty Jenkins did an extraordinary job in the first movie Wonder woman so fans are ready to see the sequel.
In an interview, Jenkins said that Wonder Woman 1984 “will take place in the US, which I think is right. She’s Wonder Woman. She’s got to come to America. It’s time.”
There’s also a twist and it seems that Diana is the one teaching Steve all the new cool things.
Diana: ” That’s just a trash can.”
Steve: “That’s just a trash can yeah yeah yeah….”
The movie releases on June 5, 2020.
